We’re a small, locally owned business rooted in the heart of Historic Nelsonville, Ohio. Starbrick BBQ began in 2016 as a humble food truck with one simple mission: to share our love of real, honest barbecue with our community.

From day one, we’ve been committed to producing the most consistent, high‑quality smoked meats and house‑made sides, rubs, and sauces. Great BBQ takes time, patience, and pride — and we pour all three into everything we make.
